(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo / CEO: Hirou Kunikyo) to launch and operate the global EC store for NARUMIYA ONLINE, the company’s official online shop for children’s apparel. Lingble provides end-to-end support, including EC platform setup, customer service, and strategic marketing through its Premium Marketing Service.

The global EC store officially launched on November 20, 2024, targeting Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Singapore, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and the United States, enabling international customers to purchase Narumiya products seamlessly.


Background

Narumiya International is Japan’s leading children’s apparel manufacturer, operating 24 brands across different channels and styles, including petit main, Lovetoxic, and mezzo piano. The company provides high-quality fashion for newborns, kids, and juniors.

While domestic demand for children’s apparel is declining, Narumiya’s brands continue to attract international fans due to their quality and design. To meet growing inbound demand and expand its global fan base, Narumiya partnered with Lingble to establish a robust international EC presence.

The global EC store currently features six key brands (mezzo piano, petit main, b・ROOM, Lovetoxic, GLAZOS), covering children aged 0–12. Future plans include expanding brand offerings and product SKUs. Given the high volume of SKUs, extensive size and color variations, and the need for accurate pre-purchase guidance for children’s rapidly changing sizes, efficient inventory management and customer support are critical.
